clump forming herbaceous perennial.
'Spanish Peaks' is a compact foxglove with raspberry-rose flowers and downy, ovate-lanceolate to oblong, medium green leaves.
Easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soil, Digitalis prefers moist, organically rich, acidic soils. Soil must not be allowed to dry out; however, dense crowns may rot in soggy, poorly-drained winter soils.
Good for cut flowers; attractive to hummingbirds, use foxgloves in woodland gardens or naturalized areas. Deer resistant. |
